Facebook Apps no longer posting to wall?

When you install a app it should post to your wall. Well it worked fine up until yesterday 7/19/2012. Now if i install any of my apps or the apps of other people it no longer posts on my wall. anyone aware of this

You must have the permission from the user.
Could you be more specific ? (Which SDK? Did you asked for permissions? Are you prompting the user before publishing? ...)
