Anyone here have an idea on where to get a Facebook Approved Ad Template? It seems that I cannot get all my ADS approved by Facebook. Help!

There are four bullets I normally check off when creating a Facebook ad that always works for me and virtually every client I have dealt with -

1- Visual
2 - Relevant
3 - Has an enticing value proposition
4 - Has clear call to action

maybe you have violated fb ads policy? let me know what creative and ad text do you use
