have you tried monetizing with cpa offers? some people would put up content lockers on their apps but that just gets it banned by fb easily.Normally I would just make a intro page saying something like " As part of a (your app name here ) promo were giving away a free Apple Ipad Simply fill out the form below to enter the lucky draw!
Then I would iframe the part of the signup form on the cpa offer page and set it to _blank so that it opens in a new window when the user fills out the form.

Also I would put a "no thanks skip this page" or "im not interested" link in the bottom corner (left or right your choice)of the intro page.
