Facebook Application - How to make one..HELP NEEDED!

Hello!
So I don't really know how to create a facebook with the things I wanted...and those things are basicly this..
Place app in a tab at my Page
People to see that app have to like the page first
Then that app generates a random image that I have already made and it automatically posts that image to the person's wall, with the link to the application in the description...

I already have the script to generate a random image, I would be so grateful if someone could help me out with the rest!
