I don't know what exactly you mean with viral app, anyway you can find plenty of those Javascript codes that are going like crazy right now easily on the net or on this forum. Since it is Javascript you could even copy the code when you encounter one of those viral pages and then use it for yours.
If you mean a real Facebook app instead, maybe you'd have to ask to someone to make it for you, but since lately they get banned so easily I'm avoiding using them. I think that you can find people who provide both services here on the forum, try to take a look around!

I didn't say you can copy an app, I say you can copy one of those Javascript codes that are so used right now, and there's no backend required to run one of those (except a simple web hosting a some html pages). I know they are not technically apps but somebody may refer to them as such, so the ambiguity.

If anyone had viral apps, I dont think they'd just hand them over. Aside from that, old or new, they may even cost you a penny.
