Facebook App

I'm wondering if anyone knows a good programmer for Facebook. I'm looking for a program that can automatically message specific people based on their profile information, as well as keep track of specific profiles for this app (how many points they've gathered, etc).

So if anyone can recommend a good programmer for this type of thing (self-promotion encouraged), I'd be happy to JV with any interested parties.
