Ive seen it a dozen of times, some FB app ask permissions for users that want to play a stupid game. and after some time start posting ads/other apps on the users profile.
Also they like other posts/pages without their knowledge.
how is it possible ?
Is there a script for doing it?

I didn't get these types of problems from Facebook apps while, I update my Facebook app everyday. I think you're not using the right app for Facebook. Update it or use any other app for facebook.

From the last update, the app must be reviewed by facebook staff for this kind of permissions.

These permissions are standard and part of the FB app api. It's meant for external applications that need access to facebook user data...such as Facebook Oauth or personal user info/details. It's not hard to get access, you just have to create an app that requires the specific functionality and then submit it to facebook for review. They review the app to confirm the functionality is required and then you are good to go - it takes about 1 week.
