Facebook App Install Ads Error

Anybody experiencing difficulties in putting up ads for apps that don't have the Facebook SDK integrated. In other words, when you are bidding for clicks instead of installs?

First I cannot set the budget at 1$, it always needs to be set at 5$. The reason - FB Says I bid 2.5$/click even when I bid like 0.2$. Also even if I select 5$ as the budget, the ads don't get uploaded. Seeing this on a variety of accounts and apps.

Anybody suffering from this?

I have found the solution to it. You have to create a FB app for your app in order to run App Install Ads on FB. Doesn't matter if you have integrated the SDK or not. I will fully confirm this in the coming days.
