creating hidden ads, also known as cloaking, is risky and against facebook's policies. it's likely to get your account banned.
an easy cloaking would be an ad that does not advertise the real content from the landingpage f.e., this is scanned by fb bots and is probably only up for a few hours.
As you might see cloaking is mostly used by scammy artists and not really the best way to gain trust in your app.
