same for me, I noticed that facebook has stated to ban vcc based on the BIN number (first 6 digits), try some vcc from another source

yeah i noticed this too. i thought it was just me. i need some working vcc's for facebook!

It depends on the provider, make sure you get someone who starts running ads for you. I have found a guy who does that and yay they all work.
