Facebook and reseling?

Hey, I was thinking about creating a page or group that focuses around reselling panel services. It won't be Instagram likes or some generic stuff. Niched down and thought it may be working. I already know where these people hang around and there is a possibility to make some fast cash. Has anyone done something similar to this? What is the better option - page or group? Which would be easier to grow ? From my experience growing groups is a pain in the ass - especially if you don't have any friends on FB. Looking forward to your opinions. Thank you.
