[facebook and promotion] NEED HELP FROM BH EXPERTS

Hope ya'll having a wonderful day. I got a some questions and I hope any of you can help me out.

I want to built a facebook page. I have been slacking on 150 likes for a while now and no engagement is on my page.

2 questions:
1. I have 250-500 dollar to spend in my page. What is the best way of spending this?
2. Does anybody know big pages that do promotions?

I have a few friends with million plus fan pages, but to tell you the truth, sharing other pages these days doesn't help much.
Facebook has made it sure that eventually people resort to using their ads.

I have 170k and 80k pages and I am building a page from scratch and it is on 250 likes on its 7th day. I am not sharing it, just tagging it in every post that I make, sort of a signature.

You can even buy a new page with a fan following of your targeted audience and use it to bild your own, though I think FB Ads will be better. I have no experience with them, but I would ike to know how many likes 250$ can provide.

Buy likes to your page. If you pay 2c per like then you are looking at 12,500 likes. If you pay 1c per like then obviously you could get double that. If you can each like cheaper than that, then you'll be on to a decent thing.

Don't buy likes, they are either bots or ppl that do like exchange and the likes will decrease every day because they unlike, and they will not see or like your posts at all.

Instead try to buy facebook ads coupons and use multiple accounts to promote the same page.

Where to buy this coupons? I'm looking for them myself, but probably hosting companies that use them as incentives so if a hosting first month is $10 and they give a $50 FB coupon that will worth.

I found here on BHW one of this hostings but not sure if I can buy with multiple paypal emails multiple accounts, anyone knows if that's possible?
