No one knows your IP and fb will only release IP to the government or police when they got some type of warrant or request.

Remember when people used winnuke and stuff like that, and they asked what IP they could nuke, people said 127.0.0.1 and they'd disappear from IRC. Then back 5 minutes later "my computer rebooted when I ran winnuke 127.0.0.1"

If you click a link off Facebook, yes. If you connect to them through Skype they might be able to sniff it out. If you chat server to them then yes, but purely through the browser version Facebook... no.
