I followed Franklin's thread, added 20 nice products in my E-commerce website, fashion niche, 5 of them are free, they all look good and has lots of good reviews on Aliexpress, the problem is I have spend 67$, get 220 clicks from Facebook, but still 0 sales, the shipping fee is 9.95$, the conversion is pretty low.
So does this method still work? I really want to try more but don't know what to do next, need some suggestion.

    1. How many ads did you run?
    2. How much A/B testing did you do?
    3. How did you decide which users to target?

The "method" don't care if its you or somebody else that does it.

I am not familiar with the method you describe, but since other people can make money doing it, is really just an indicator that they are better at targeting the right audience at the right time than you are.

What I usually did was to throw "a large sum" spread out on different targets and evaluate, find out where there might be a potential - then increase on that and filter out the non-performing ads/groups/geo/etc

    Dont give up :)

    The method works 100%

There can be a number of factors as to why you haven't made money.

Does your website honestly look good? Or, have you just added some products, not really edited the site, and just gone straight on FB to promote through ads?

Is this product unique? Have you seen others selling it?

It could be the ads itself OR the people you are targeting.

Get into better rates by switching your keywords... You're supposed to be getting an enitre mile for that amount.

If you hit specific markets you might be able to do better. Sectors like Cosplay or romantic products might spark your interest better while reducing performance rates.
