hat usually happens because meta shows a “pending” threshold that hasnt actually been charged yet. Its temporary once your spend reaches the real billing threshold, you’ll only be charged that actual amount.

Don't worry. The current amount shown is just an on hold that Meta sets to ensure that your ads don't stop abruptly while the system processes the payment data. This is a temporary mechanism to maintain the continuity of the campaign. Once the reconciliation process is complete, Meta will automatically adjust the threshold and only collect the amount you actually spent, never over or double counting.

That usually happens when Meta temporarily adjusts the displayed billing threshold while the system is still syncing your payment status.

Thats normal meta often displays a provisional threshold. Once your campaign fully processes, the payment will reflect the correct amount.

it looks like your account is on hold, meaning facebook will hold an amount equal to the next threshold of the account. don't worry because the account can still operate normally.

This can be called a provisional cost. The system calculates future spend based on the campaign's spend rate. The final bill will always match your actual spend, not a provisional estimate. You can track it in your billing section.

Meta often shows a higher “threshold” than your actual spend it usually adjusts once your billing cycle updates. Any extra isnt lost it just wont be charged until you hit the real threshold.

I also encountered with an id.payment amount is higher than the threshold and the invoice also does not show the difference in payment amount on the account id.I wonder how they will resolve it.

It’s normal, don’t worry.
Meta usually shows a “threshold amount” that can look higher than what you set. This happens because:
- Meta updates the payment threshold dynamically as your account spends more.
- Sometimes it shows a temporary/estimated amount before the final charge happens.
- You only get charged for the actual ad spend, not the higher number you see.
So yes, it’s temporary and it will correct itself.

Yeah, that’s normal. Meta often shows a higher “payment status” than your actual threshold because it includes pending charges and spend that hasn’t fully updated yet. It’s just a temporary number.
