last month this change has hit me hard. my reach has been cut by over half. has anyone found a way to maximize their reach since this change?

Saw many people affected by this, it's connected to the updates of the posts shown on the news feed and there's nothing you can directly do about this unfortunately except maybe post higher quality content that more people will interact with, try getting more likes, share the posts you do on your pages to other relevant groups to increase your reach and interaction as well.
