Facebook agency account possible?

Hello guys, facebook is constantly banning me for nothing. I am running ads on tiktok with an agency account and I have no problems this way.

My question is do you know any agencies that I can get an account (business manager) from & which are in good standing with facebook so my live becomes easier..?
