facebook advertising

I have a question about facebook advertising. I have used 2 facebook coupons to promote my facebook page. Each coupon value $50. From the first coupon I got 200 likes, but for the second coupon I got 40 likes. From the first coupon every like cost me $0.30 and for the second $1.50. The 2 campaigns were identical, the only difference was that I start the first campaign in the morning ($5 - first day, $20 in the second day and $25 in the 3day).

I start the second campaign in the evening ($25 for first day and $25 for second day). In the first day I spent $25 in 2 hours and I got 17 likes. And in the second day I spent $25 and I got 25 likes.

I have used Auto Optimizec option. Why in the first campaign I got 200 likes and in the second campaign I got 40 likes? Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!
