Facebook advertising

I signed up for facebook advertising a couple of days ago. I added in all the targeted keywords..so that there were like 100,000 targeted people. I ran the add and only got 1 click so far and they gave me about 7000 views. My price is around .20 cents a click. Is there any advice someone can give me? As i have a weight loss product that i am advertising. Shouldn't it get more clicks ? Facebook is really picky with the photo that i put up..i got some photos of the product. They wouldn't let me put up any traditional weight loss photos of women.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should try redesigning the ad
& make it as attractive as possible to the people viewing
Also try to target people that you think would click on a weight loss product

thanks, i will try redesigning the ad. I tried to chose categories where people would be interested in weight loss..such as "fitness, body sculpting, body building, weight watchers, etc"..i'll try redesigning the ad. Thanks for your input.

Anytime, also check out quantcast.com
& then type in the site the ad redirects to,
& if the site has been quantcasted. You'll get a lot of good data, study it, & try to target the people that have visited the site the most as precisely as possible, you can also study other ads, but don't just copy them.
