I have advertised on Facebook a total of $150 and I've paid for it.
But right now I'm out of money with not a good budget and my current threshold of billing is $15.

And I need my ad to run for like $50 to probably see the results and get any sale so I can pay Facebook ads then.

I wouldn't buy a Facebook account to run ads, they can get banned, wouldn't risk buying it. Try narrowing down your targeting to be more specific, improve on your ad copy also make sure the picture or video you are using grabs attention.
