Facebook advertising costs HELP

Hi. I noticed a significant increase in the price of Facebook ads. 3 months ago I paid 2 cents for post activity and 3 cents for clicking a link. Now wages 6 and 7 cents. Could someone help me optimize these costs? how best to set up an ad to pay as little as possible? I will just add that he adds advertising to Poland. please help

Its called supply and demand.

If there are a lot of people that want to buy traffic from Poland - then prices will go up.

If there are few people that want to buy traffic from Poland, then prices will go down.

The only other way to get price down is to create awesome creatives that makes people want to share your content with their friends and family (i.e viral posts).

Try other audiences, the bigger de audience, the cheaper it will be.
