We still verify payment normally. Have you tried changing banks or using the Add fund function? After about 2 weeks, Facebook will increase trust and deduct the bank card normally

Yes, it's really hard to choose these days. Old personal accounts are fine but auto pay keeps having errors, and new BMs are easy to lose. I think the best thing now is to find an account with a spending history, run it lightly for a few days to warm up before scaling, it's much less risky

In my opinion, the old personal account is still the safest choice, especially when it has a stable spending history. The new BM is really volatile, so if you want to expand the scale, you can maintain it in parallel - use the personal account for the main campaign, and the BM is just for testing or running lightly to see how stable it is.

Old accounts are often strong accounts. So if you have old personal accounts, take advantage of it. Looks like facebook flagged your old billing setup . Try adding a new verified card, clear any pending balance and keep consistent IP/device use. If it still fails, contact Meta support to restore billing trust.

no account can really last forever. combining the use of Bm account and personal account is still an effective solution. especially when you already have strong old personal accounts.

Put your old personal account into BM. It will be much stronger. And very easy to manage.
