Actually, there is no account that can run forever without dying, because Meta always tightens policies and AI scans more and more strictly. Usually the most stable and strongest is the postpaid account, followed by BM with verified business identity; in the next order, it will be via/clone old, prepaid account, and agency ads acc (rented from partner meta).

There is no such thing as ‘absolute stability’. Even genuine BM or via trust will get beaten one day. The important thing is a clean source of accounts, standard history + reasonable way of raising them to live long. If a strong account is used incorrectly, it will soon be gone.
