When we add a card to a facebook ads account it will hold an equivalent amount of money, so I am asking if they will be refunded when my ads account has been disabled

It's been a while since the last time, so maybe things have changed, but when I had unused balance on my account and couldn't use it anymore, I contacted FB support and they issued a refund to my credit card.

What type of account do you have? Because with our agency ad account even if fb locks it, we can withdraw funds from it and add it to another ad account

Facebook usually doesn't refund for locked accounts, but you can appeal the decision and resolve any issues they may reinstate if it's a mistake

Depends of the type of your account,but you can try appeal and hope they will respond.to avoid this kind of issue use high quality agency ad accounts they will help transfert the funds from ad account to other so you won't lose money each time ,you acount is locked

Facebook will refund the money to the bank you are using to run the ad, some banks will refund you that amount, and some other banks will not.

If your account is disabled, Facebook should refund any held amount within a few business days.
