Facebook advertising account does not bite money

Have you tried increasing the budget and/or duplicating the ad sets

Yeah, this is pretty common lately. I usually create a clean camp, wait for spending first, then create the main camp.

Recently there is a situation where advertising accounts do not bite money. Does anyone have a way to handle this situation?
you mean that it doesn't spend? Many people face the same issues last few days. You need to double-check all the related resources. If all is good, it's just a Facebook thing, wait more.

It's true that this situation happens very often recently, and it causes a lot of difficulty and annoyance for advertisers. You should change everything you can: ad content, payment card, test campaign, or even change to another account source.

This issue may be due to delayed or temporary payment processing errors. You should check your payment method and balance, then contact Meta Support for verification and assistance.

I'd suggest you broaden your audience if it’s too narrow, and give new ads 24–48 hours to exit the learning phase. Sometimes delivery issues occur due to competition or system glitches, so try duplicating the ad set or campaign

Not receiving money = low system trust sign.
Meta temporarily “pause payout” to check validity.
For stability, don’t change cards – don’t scale shock – don’t let payment fail.
Just keep spending regularly for a few days, the system will automatically reopen

I’ve had that happen too! Maybe check your payment method or contact Facebook support to see if there’s any issue with your account.

The "not spending" issue is super common, especially with newer accounts! Here's the most effective fix: create a simple test campaign first (Traffic or Engagement objective, $5-10/day budget). Once this campaign starts spending, your main campaigns will typically follow.

Check these in Ads Manager: go to "Account Quality" → look for any warnings, "Payment Settings" → verify your payment method is valid and not declined, and "Ad Review" → ensure no ads are rejected.

Try duplicating campaigns with broader audience sizes (10,000+ people). I've seen 80% of accounts start spending after running a small test campaign for 1-2 days - this warms up the account's spending patterns.

How new is your ad account, and have you successfully spent any money on it before this issue started?

This is usually due to a payment error or weak account signals. You should change your payment method and create some organic posts or run a small budget test to reactivate the spending signal.

This usually happens when the ad account or payment method is temporarily limited by the platform’s risk or billing system. Try refreshing the billing threshold or switching to a different payment method. Also, make sure your campaigns are active, approved, and not stuck in “Learning Limited.”
If it still doesn’t spend after 24h, duplicate the campaign under a new account or profile — that often resets the pacing issue.

try warming up your account with ads before using it
plus if you're not spending try turning off all ads and turning them back on after five minutes

Yes same issue. Ads just stay in review or spend like $1 then stop. i tried changing creatives and budget pacing, didn't really help either
Yes I am having the same problem as you. Do you have any solution to it?

I think so too. I have been changing payment methods constantly and the situation of not biting money continues.

create a natural camp for low budget and then copy the campaign up and wait
I did it that way, and added more campaigns but the account still didn't bite the money. I will change the payment method and see.
