Facebook advertising account does not bite money

Have you tried increasing the budget and/or duplicating the ad sets
 
Yeah, this is pretty common lately. I usually create a clean camp, wait for spending first, then create the main camp.

I'd suggest you broaden your audience if it’s too narrow, and give new ads 24–48 hours to exit the learning phase. Sometimes delivery issues occur due to competition or system glitches, so try duplicating the ad set or campaign

Not receiving money = low system trust sign.
Meta temporarily “pause payout” to check validity.
For stability, don’t change cards – don’t scale shock – don’t let payment fail.
Just keep spending regularly for a few days, the system will automatically reopen

How new is your ad account, and have you successfully spent any money on it before this issue started?

try warming up your account with ads before using it
plus if you're not spending try turning off all ads and turning them back on after five minutes

I think so too. I have been changing payment methods constantly and the situation of not biting money continues.

I did it that way, and added more campaigns but the account still didn't bite the money. I will change the payment method and see.
