Facebook advertising account disabled, workarounds?

Hello BHW,

My facebook account is working and everything, however, facebook has disabled my 'advertising account' which means I can't display ads using the same account. I've contacted facebook so many times, and never got any reply.

The ads are not violating Facebook's guidelines at allll... How do I contact them and get reponse?? Or what else I can do?

And if creating a new account is the solution, is it safe to use the same name and credit card info or what?

Using the same name and surname will cause a problem and they won't reactivate your account after it gets disabled.
