has anyone ever used facebook advertisements
like we can target region and age group
can we also target which fan pages to be used for advertisement?

and is there a way we can filter which ad should NOT be shown on my fanpage.
or user id, or to the members(likes) of my fanpage ?

and what lowest budget we can use to see some results.

I am planning for FB campaign (for my website and not page) and I need to test different things

Yes and Yes, You can target 25 year old single females in Boston if you like, that like Rugrats.

Only if you are the admin. You can target businesses though. Fans of Victoria Secret if you like, so it ends up being close, but not quite as good.

You can target your fans to not see your ad. Cant target user id's and cant stop others ads from being displayed on your page.

Depends on what you call results and what you call a budget. You can spend whatever you want per day, you set the limit and when it is hit, your ads stop being displayed.

Good idea. Try many images first. It is what makes them click the most.

Boobs. I have tried to work them in with my ads, but just cant seem to do it, been family friendly so far. Do CPC, set it low. Run 10 ads, you should get some impressions, if they dont click, you dont pay. They will stop running your ad if it they aren't making money. If they do, delete those ads and run 20 with new photos and titles. Just keep going, the clicks will come. If you get a hot ad that is really converting, think about copying it to a CPM. Once the new one is running, pause the CPC, unless you are OK with what you are paying.

I am no expert, this is just my 2 cents. I am also new to FB advertising.
