Hello i would to know how to make a cheap and working campaing in facebook for getting likes on my fanpage.
I saw someone posted that with custom audience cost of the 1 like is under 0.01 how to achieve that ?What is the best method ?I have a lot scraped emails ( 200k maybe more )

In Short, the higher your CTR, the lower your cost for clicks. Now depending on your niche, it may be harder/easier to get those 1 cent clicks. I think the best I've manged to get is 3 likes per cent ($0.003 per like), but that was an industry that was cheap. It's really not that hard. I suggest you read plenty of guides, there are A LOT of 1 cent guides/e-books out there that'll show you how to get high CTR.
