Hi, i need to know if there is some good solution to optimize Facebook ADS: I know about Zero Penny and Social AD Ninja... is that good stuff? Is there something better than that?

I'm sure there was a little bit of controversy over using Facebook scrapers and custom audiences? After everyone jumping on the teespring wagon and scraping uid's. Quite a few had accounts suspended.
That being said though, they wouldnt have the custom audiences option if you couldnt use it.
