I want to ask how the Facebook ads market is these days? is it expensive? Why are my ads so expensive lately? What should I try to make it more optimal?

It is good that you tried running ads on your own, now you have an idea about the things too, but I would suggest you now to consult any Social Media Marketing agency so you can optimize your campaign well to get great results with less

The budget required by agents will be very high for running ads.

People like you should be banned.
 
You can create multiple ads to see which one is most effective for you and increase the budget for that ad to get more results.
 
Highly specific targeting options can be more expensive, and the bidding strategy you choose can impact costs.
 
im running ads also right now testing with 5$,but results are not that great
 
I think for $5 it's hard to know if the results are good or not. According to my understanding, multiply many groups and see which group has good results and increase the budget

Depends on what niche and geo you're targeting. North America and Europe are obviously expensive. Other than that, ad costs are high during Q4
