I have a clothing brand. Mainly anime/gym "themed". I have been using facebook ads but have not see a return rate that is very substantial. I have heard so many people mentioning facebook ads are money printers but I have had no sucess. Any tips/ideas on how to optimize facebook ads for the best return.

Run a conversion campaign and let it optimize. Try also using custom-like audience with customer emails.

In such a case, you need to install the pixel on the page after paying for the product. So that ads are optimized for an audience that buys your product, not one that just clicks on ads for the sake of interest

Change new content, the content you are using has not impressed customers with the service you are providing.

Image + video and post content determines whether 80% of customers stop to see your services or not.
 
You can create a campaign with small budget first buddy
