that's right bro, about the strength, it can only be calculated relatively, maybe the individual is as strong as unlimit

Usually when you terms such as 50, 250, 1500, no limit or unlimited it refers to the daily spending limit.
For example 250 allows you to spend $250 daily on ads, while 1500 lets you spend $1500 on ads.

No limit or unlimited are reffered to accounts that have no daily spending limits, but in personal experience usually it's capped on ~$4000 daily spend.
 
one type is an account with a spending schedule and one without a spending history, an account with a spending history will be much healthier than an account without a spending history
