The first one failed payment on my credit card. I think the second ad account disabled is a verification that I it’s my credit card but they haven’t verify the reason but I assume so. It’s bad cause that’s a whole week not being able to test

You can rent advertising accounts. They will all prepare them all, you just need to initiate the campaigns without worrying about the account dying. They will replace the new account when the old one dies and ensure that your work will not be interrupted

If the scale is large, I think you should hire an account - they'll take care of everything for us

I have been through a similar situation. Not sure whether you're looking for a solution to this issue but what I would advise you is to contact Facebook directly and ask them about the reason. They usually provide a list of policies that may cause that the account was disabled. So the best to do is to actually make sure you create campaigns that never violate their policies. Dont.Farm is trash, dont use them. We paid the $1000 for 5 accounts. Every singe account we tried got banned as soon as you submit new billing. Buy accounts from people you know only.

That’s not true. You only need a dollar. Only some accounts want to lock some funds before advertising but it’s like 25 bucks. And those accounts are not trusted by Facebook.
