Basically you will have info about ctr/cpm/engagement and after 10$ (depends on geo). For example tier3 countries, you could easy understand and for 1$ (because you can generate clicks just for 0.005$). But Tier1, for example Norway, click could be easy 1$.

It is not random, to be successful you have to blend time, money and skills, the more you have of one the less you need of the other.

To build a successful and profitable online business you have to optimize everything in the funnel, not just ads, one element at a time.

Unless you really know what you are doing that will cost you a lot more than the price of 3 leads to go from nothing to fully optimized.

But I do agree it is a lot cheaper if you are not targeting tier 1 to get leads, but a lot harder to sell, as they don't have the same level of money to buy.

Baring in mind this is an answer to the ops question, do you think he really knows what he is doing or do you think it is more likely he is going to have to be prepared to drop a lot of money to get there?

You are absolutely right, my story with three leads is when you already have the skills in this matter. For OP, It is more likely that he will have to spend few hundred dollars to figure out what's what

you have to spend some extra $ buddy. it will reach some extra audience in your preferred location and you have to narrow it. So it will reach potential audience.
