Its not possible.
Though you can play around with the settings inside your fan page and set "profanity filter" to strong and add keywords that automatically block comments from showing.
The more words you add, the more likely it is that no1 will be able to post comments on ALL of your posts.

No, you can't, but you can monitor your ads and delete/hide comments.

No. Its not possible. You can check the comments and if you dont want it, then delete it

You can only set some key words. By using those key words you will be able to block the comments automatically.
