Nope they don't thats why you need lots of advertising account but since i stop FB marketing i will tell you how you can cheat fb.
* you need to advertise a simple landing page (same domain same landing page)
* set the advertising clicks or campaign to the lowest letsat 200 clicks or lower if possible
* once your campaign is approved go to your cpanel/registrar and do redirection
* redirect your domain to your cpa aff link
There you go instant cheat lolz but on my experience it will just last for 3-7 days depends
if you are using credit card payment use VCC so you can create a lot of account as fb tracks 1 CC per account if you use paypal remove and readd emails paypal must be unique
