I think, there are a lot of people promoting their websites using fake accounts+coupons+vcc/paypal. I propose to discuss strategies of promoting - how to make accounts, how much friends to add, when to begin promoting, how completely to fill in account info and so on.
I am personally use different IPs+dedicated server (from the same computer FB blocks me even if I delete all the history/cookies), create account with photos, add 15-20 friends, verify it with mobile phone, begin promotion in 3-5 hours after creating account...I promote the same website, but with different links , facebook blockes me in 10-12 hours "due to security reasons".
Why so? I have 15-20 friends, real name, a lot of photos, new IP adress, good credit card. What the reason could be?
