Facebook ads + vcc

Hey, could someone tell the main things to know before doing fb ads+ vcc ?

I have some questions:
1. Does facebook let's to use fb ads even if VCC has different name than Facebook account?
2. Is it better to use OLD account?
3. USA or EU fb account?
4. Tell us your best recommendations and advices to safely promote niche with FB ads

1.facebook doesn't really ask for the name of the credit card. I run fb ads on my personal account and all they asked was for the numbers.
An old usa acount would work best.

1) Yes vcc name can be dif just use same ip whenever u login
2)best to use old pva fb acc
3)USD is better
4)about niche no one will teach or expose u need to try urself and test as me me personally use my reloadable vcc on my old pva and used it on US ip

Facebook is not accepting VCC even for old accounts if ads had never been ran before...careful!!

Update 10 June 2016:
1. FB Ads accept VCC
2. 1 month account cannot be accepted for FB Ads
3. Best aged FB is the best ( have full info, profile, have activities daily... 6 month aged account is a minimum)
It is my experience.
I can provide facebook ads account with VCC or VCC accepted by FB, can topup money to VCC
