Facebook ads targeting restrictions

Hi,
I noticed that there are some major restrictions with Facebook ads targeting in certain countries.
For example, in the US you have "Automotive" under "Behavior", where as where I'm from I don't see those options.
I briefly saw them in the suggestion box once, but then never again.
I did report it to Facebook, but have any of you guys found a workaround on that? For example, using a US proxy while logging in or do I just need to wait for an answer and hope for the best.
