Facebook Ads Started but no reach,clicks and so on

I started a campaign and potential reach is 6.8 million. Basically I am just targeting "males" who liked "The Walking Dead" from the USA. I started the ads, the were approved, and were active about 9 hours ago.

How is there no reach and activity on those yet?

It depends on the time you started the ads as well. What were you bidding for? Clicks/Likes/Impressions?Is there zero reach or there is some reach?You should generally give the ad 24 hours to give you any result worth evaluating.

Facebook has been having issues with this ever since starting the roll out on the new layout. It's a known bug and they don't have an ETA as to when it will be fixed. Right now The only way I've been able to force an ad to start is change CPC to something ridiculously high like 1.00+ then move it down once started. If that doesn't work, set the campaign budget up $10.00. If still no campaign reach by then pause the entire ad for about 15 minutes and restart it. After trying those three "strange tricks" (lol) it has always started for me. I wish Facebook would get their shit together though.
