Facebook ads Spend Limit Doesnt Work?

I had a spend limit on facebook ads and somehow it managed to spend more then 200 over my set limit. This is not the first time either, has anyone else experienced this issue

Yes; this has happened to me as well; 888media ads are a better option; they have a very good CTR for buying traffic. I have used that for an Adsense site and it was not penalised. You can get an ad running for AU$5.00.
