Facebook ads slowed down

Hi,
My ads have all of a sudden slowed down to a crawl. What could be the reason for this? Could it because of the different time zones? Does Facebook automatically slow down ads at night? My ads account is set to Los Angeles time zone, but my audience is 8 hours ahead

So what shouId I do? I am running lifetime budget and optimized CPC. Initially the ads were running fine with a CTR of 7% but then they suddenly slowed and the reach is like 1 person per hour
