Facebook Ads Singapore Verification Issues

Starting from January 2025, Facebook has updated its advertising policies for Singapore and Taiwan.
When I select Singapore as the target region, it prompts me to complete verification. However, even after submitting my ID or passport, the verification still fails.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and successfully completed the verification process?

Singapore and Taiwan are two countries that are very strict about FB advertising, you need to verify all conditions to be able to operate there.

If you didn't pass the verification and you no longer have that opportunity to pass it again, then you need to dump that account.

But if you are able to pass the verification, you should try to pass it again

Verify that the name and address on your documents match exactly with what is listed on your Facebook Business Manager account
