Facebook Ads says account not eligible???

I bought some coupons and Facebook tells me on all my accounts they are not eligible.

What the heck does that mean?

it needs to be a fairly new account with credit card never used before on facebook

This is a common error at facebook ads. Have you already put some coupons in this account ? Or Perhaps you just tried straightly to go to Ads> Ad Funds> Facebook Coupon? Well those not gonna work. First provide the ultimate verifications either CC or Paypal. Then put your Code manually ( make sure your code is valid)

The Thing is, As said, Your Account should be Less than 14 days old to use a Voucher!

Code is Valid (I Sold them to Him!)

Also, You Would need it Activated with a CC!

OK i have a question regarding Facebook verification;can i use the same paypal or cc for multiple account verification or it has to be different?Can i like use paypal to verify one of my facebook ad account then run ads with coupon then when i ran out of credit,i close & delete that account.After that can i use the same paypal id to verify another account?
