Facebook does not support detailed group targeting

In my knowledge,it's possible to target specific facebook groups for your ad campaigns.Nothing is there simply choose the option to target "Interests" or "Behaviors" when setting up your ad, and then select the relevant groups from the list provided. This allows you to reach the members of those groups with your ads.
 
No you can not target specific ads group
 
Facebook is currently not updated and cannot target groups. But you can target an existing lead list file.

That's the only way. You can’t target the members of a specific Facebook group directly with your ads, however with retargeting option or direct sharing you can use your ad in that private group.

You not gonna see those private groups on ''detailed targeting'' section, bc of they are not considered as an interest, however as far as I remember with some tool you can create a custom audience from that specific group members and target them. Yes you can specify many parameters as well as a specific Facebook group!
 
You can't target to an group's audience unless you're admin. But i think FB group is trash because of clone, fakeaccounts, bumpers... It's bad idea!
 
I am not sure it is possible, but I would advise you to join organically the groups you would love to target, engage with them, and then share your content with them
 
According to my research, Facebook does not have a group targeting function

If you can collect emails from group and then make it custom audience from emails then it works. I sometimes collect emails from US based facebook groups and US people's emails. Then I can target them from those list. In this way this is really great way to run ads.

You can join that group and then contact the administrator directly and discuss advertising issues, which will be much cheaper than running ads.

That's very normal, because when you focus on a specific group of customers who need to use the product, your advertising campaign will achieve the best results.
