I am not sure it is possible, but I would advise you to join organically the groups you would love to target, engage with them, and then share your content with them.

I will suggest you an effective method, which is to post engaging video content to a Facebook group and then retarget users who have interacted with the video. This way, you can create a custom audience of people who have watched a certain percentage of your videos and shown interest in your content.

I havent seen any ads form for group yet but I think if you wanna promote your product in a s specific group maybe let's contact and have a deal with the group admin

You can choose content target, it mean you create a group target consumers by the suitable content in your posts. Anh then you'll share them in different groups

Right now facebook started showing ads in Groups but it didn't roll out option to target specific groups. only way is to retarget the people. and Use LAC audiences.

Create engaging content that you want to show to that specific group. Then retarget those people who engage with your content

As far as I know currently Facebook doesn't have support for Group ad formats
