If you are struggle to get approved on facebook ads do the simply following :
1) Register a domain
2) Set up wordpress
3) Write a short review (or copy paste a ready one !!!) of the product you intent to promote
4) Submit it to facebook ads (Set maximum daily spenmt limit at 5-10usd. You will get usually approved in 1-3 hours max.
5) Once campaign has started simply redirect the domain through DNS at your cpa link
Also once you provide vcc to start campaign never same time try to redeem a coupon. If vcc does not work also your voucher will be banned. Once you provide VCC and accepted you can simply go at billing and add your voucher.
Finally NEVER use your main account.
