Facebook Ads Question

Does anyone know how certain FB advertisers are getting the AD approved with YouTube.com

Then redirecting to an affiliate page or email squeeze.

I know once a FB ad is approved it may be changed, but once you submit the change FB does another review.

They are changing it on the fly, possibly even cloaking. Run your links through a click tracker and once your ad is approved change the URL
