No problem at all. You can create a new account and log in on a different device with a new IP address from the country you choose. If you don't want to spend time creating a new one, you can buy aged and warmed-up accounts available on the market.

That's not the problem, the problem is what product or service you advertise, whether it violates Facebook's policy or not, otherwise you won't be banned, don't worry.
 
There will be no problem about that. The account ban is due to your image content not complying with their policies.
 
It won't affect anything bro, it's completely normal, just make sure your payment method is supported from that country.

Doesn't affect too much if your account has a spending history and the account is healthy, it is very difficult for Facebook to ban it
