Facebook Ads problem!!!

Hi!

I have a big problem while creating facebook ads to promote my business.

That is when I click on place order and be redirected to my Paypal, I log in to my PP and click on Agree and Pay, it redirect back to facebook and it say:

"No Funding Source -- Your account must have a valid funding source before creating ad "

How can I get over this?

My Paypal is verified and it is linked by a debit card . Is that the problem?

Just try to use search on this forum. There are many members who sell VCC for Facebook.
